He founded Alben Capital in 2022 to provide clear and effective solutions in a complex market. Previously, he held senior positions at Société Générale and RBS in London and Milan, gaining expertise in capital markets. Now based in Dubai, he collaborates with private clients and institutions across the UAE, Europe, and Switzerland. Osama is known for his strategic vision and results-oriented approach. He has successfully managed portfolios exceeding $150 million in AUM and led high-performing sales teams that have achieved significant regional growth. His expertise spans investment advisory, structured products, sukuk, digital assets, and global market analysis.
He also distinguished by his strong leadership skills, deep market insight, and unwavering commitment to delivering real value to clients and transforming challenges into growth opportunities.
Wealth Management Director
He began his career with Commerzbank AG in Dubai representing the investment banks structured products offering to institutional clients in the Middle East. This was followed by a 6 year stint at Market Securities, a prominent global interdealer broker, where he represented over 20 issuers to institutional clients located across the Middle East, CIS and beyond. Since 2023, Pulkit has brought his technical expertise and extensive transaction experience in structured products and fixed income on the sell side, to the buy side for the benefit of corporate and HNI/UHNI investors.
Pulkit is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charterholder and holds a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the Symbiosis School of Economics in Pune, India.

With a background in structured products and prior experience in investment advisory and technical analysis trading, she brings a strong understanding of financial markets and a client-centric approach to the firm. At Alben Capital, Sofiya supports the delivery of tailored investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.

Since relocating to the UAE in 2008, she has held key roles in Supply Chain Management, including with Mubadala Investment Company (a sovereign investor owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi) and Poltrona Frau Group Middle East (a luxury interiors venture formerly known as PF Emirates Interiors LLC). She later joined H&H Procurement LLC in Dubai, continuing her work in procurement and logistics.
In 2023, Angelyn transitioned into the financial services sector as Admin & Office Manager at Alben Capital Ltd. She oversees office operations, HR, and executive support functions across Finance, Operations, IT, and Compliance. With certifications in Human Resources (CHRP & CHRM, Grade A) from the American Certification Institute, along with a strong background in engineering and operations, Angelyn brings a unique balance of structure, adaptability, and leadership to the team.

Throughout his career, he has developed a strong foundation in areas such as credit analysis, capital planning, treasury operations, and financial performance optimization.
Before joining Alben Capital Ltd., Milos held progressively senior roles within the banking industry, where he gained extensive experience in commercial and retail banking, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

With a proven track record in origination, distribution, structuring, and documentation, he has worked extensively with banks, asset management firms, and finance companies across London, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. His senior leadership roles include positions at ING Bank, Standard Bank Limited, and investment companies within the DIFC. with over 18 years in Dubai where he served as Managing Director, Regulated Individual, and Investment Committee Member as well Compliance officer and MLRO.
